The process for setting up an LLC in Qatar is:

Client meets with Business Development team to discuss their company plans and requirements.
1 Incorporation proposal is signed by the client
3 Preparation of legal incorporation documents for review by client
2 Collation of foreign documents (if required), to be attested and sent, for corporate foreign shareholding
4 SAK authorised signatory registration (with AOA signing).
Phase 1 Complete: Sign the Articles of Association and obtain the commercial registration and Qatar Chamber of Commerce Certificate of the company.
5 Corporate bank account opening initial deposit required & share capital deposit
6 Company Stamp Issued which may incorporate Company Logo
7 Preliminary Tax Card is issued alongside CR from MEC. However, the permanent Tax Card should be applied for by the companies appointed auditor within 30 days.
8 Lease agreement under the company name for office, in addition to all required documents provided to Fusion Middle East. We will then apply for the Trade License on behalf of the company.
9 The company obtains a lease agreement on a “fit for purpose” office space in the name of the entity.
10 Fusion Middle East will obtain the Establishment Card (Immigration Card) for the entity.
11 Registering company at Qatar Customs and delegating Customs Clearance Single Window facility (AL Nadeeb)
12 Client to provide information on labour quota and General Manager.
14 Obtaining Residency Permit for General Manager and adding them as a signatory on the Establishment Card.
13 Registering the company at Ministry of Administrative Development, Labour and Social Affairs & first labour quota application/approval.
